Aurora Housing Authority – Aurora, Colorado Affordable Rental Housing (Willow Park Townhomes) Waiting List Opens This Week
The Aurora Housing Authority is opening their Affordable Rental Housing (Willow Park Townhomes) waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026. Official Notice
The waitlist for 2 Bedroom Townhomes at Willow Park will open for in-person applications only, accepted from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at 14001 E Colorado Drive, Aurora, CO 80012. The list will close at 200 applications.
City of Peekskill – Peekskill, New York PBV and Section 8 HCV Waiting Lists Open This Week
The City of Peekskill is opening their Project Based Voucher (PBV) and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists on Monday, April 20, 2026.
Hawaii Public Housing Authority – Honolulu, Hawaii Public Housing, PBV, and Section 8 HCV Waiting Lists Open This Week
The Hawaii Public Housing Authority is opening their Public Housing, Project Based Voucher (PBV), and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists on Monday, April 20, 2026. Apply Here
The waitlist opening is for Central Oahu Elderly (studio units), Honolulu Elderly (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom units), Honolulu Family (one-bedroom, two-bedroom units), and Leeward Oahu Family (one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom units). Applicants for elderly lists must be 62 years of age and/or a person with a disability. A lottery will be used for selection.
Housing Authority of Beaufort – Beaufort, South Carolina Public Housing Waiting List Opens This Week
The Housing Authority of Beaufort is opening their Public Housing waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026.
1-bedroom unit applications will be accepted during open houses at Yemassee Heights (April 20-21, 2026) and Sandalwood Terrace (April 22-23, 2026). Applications must be picked up in person from the Beaufort Housing Authority office prior to the opening date.
Lynchburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority – Lynchburg, Virginia PBV Waiting List Opens This Week
The Lynchburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority is opening their Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026.

Peekskill Housing Authority – Peekskill, New York Section 8 HCV Waiting List Opens This Week
The Peekskill Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list on Monday, April 20, 2026.
The waiting list for the City of Peekskill Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and Peekskill Plaza Project Based Voucher will open online only from April 20, 2026, at 9:00 am ET, and close on May 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET.

Applications for newly constructed Lexington Seniors Apartments will be accepted online only from April 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM, until April 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

The Dunkirk Housing Authority is opening their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list on Friday, April 24, 2026.
A 'Dunkirk Section 8 Waitlist Sign-up' event is scheduled for April 24, 2026. Sign-ups are typically held from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM on specified dates. Applicants must provide social security numbers for all household members and know their annual income.
